Post Reno Clean is for units that went through a major renovation, where most of what the previous owner left behind, such as windows, carpentry, or toilets, was removed and replaced. It covers heavier construction dust and debris. Pre Move In Clean is for the opposite situation, where little to no renovation was done and existing fixtures are retained, such as a unit prepared under a tenancy agreement before new tenants move in.
No. Scrubbys SG steam cleans curtains in place using a pole extension steam tool, so there's no need to take them down or send them out. Pricing is $20 per piece.

Chemical Wash is an add on service because it is usually handled by your contractor or interior designer as part of their own cleanup. It is also labour and time intensive, requiring the right process and a trained hand. Done wrong, it can cause permanent damage to your flooring, such as etching, discolouration, or damage to the tile lines.
For curtains, one piece covers up to 3m in width and height. For sofas, it is straightforward, for example a 3 seater L shape sofa is counted as a 4 seater.

No. A discount request on a deep clean is really a request to cut time, product, or attention to detail, and that's not a trade we're willing to make. What we do offer is value bundles, combining Post Renovation Cleaning with other services at a better combined rate than booking each one separately.
