Cleaned to Landlord Inspection Standard

End of Tenancy Cleaning, End of Lease Cleaning, and Move Out Cleaning all refer to the same thing: returning the unit in a condition your landlord will sign off on. We work through every room the way an inspection would, interiors of all carpentry, window tracks and panes, kitchen appliances inside and out, and bathrooms down to the fittings.

One thing to prepare before we arrive: the unit must already be cleared of personal belongings and trash. If items are left behind, a disposal and packing charge will apply.
